Invested $2 million of debt and equity to develop AutoZone in Zebulon, NC. Realized 4X cash-on-cash return for investors.
Damon and his partners invested $9 million of debt and equity to devleop Bank of America and a shadow shopping center to a Super Wal-Mart in Casa Grande, AZ; Realized 4X cash-on-cash return for investors.
Sourced, developed, and invested in 6 properties in NM from 2003-2006. Sold to investment partner 18 months after project completion; realized 5x cash-on-cash return for investors.
Sourced, developed, and invested in 11 properties in FL and CA from 2005-2010. Sold to investment partner 18 months after project completion; realized 5x cash-on-cash return for investors.
Invested $5 million to develop a 3-Tenant building with Which Wich, AT&T and Dunkin. Damon was the Dunkin Franchisee. Sold the real estate to investors and owned the Dunkin business for less than replacement cost.
Invested $15 million of debt and equity to build three shadow shopping centers in Hurricane WV, Casa Grande AZ, and Zebulon NC.
38-store multi-state franchisee backed by Cooper Management and Fargo Investments. Grew from initial 5-store platform through reinvestment of cash flows and SLB initiative.
